take space

With all of your 5 feet and a couple of inches being, take space. Claim every spot in every room. Eyes on you. Spread your arms and walk into a room. Empty or full of people, doesn’t matter. Chin up, love. Hold your head level. Make sure your crown doesn’t wobble.

For all the gymnastics your mind performs, *phew* take the deepest breath you’ve taken all day. Now do it again.

All this to hint, you’re important. Your presence, enriching. Your love, deeply valued.

And cheers for being alive. You made it so far!
