A quick fix for hard days is a large hot creamy cup of vanilla and soy milk coffee. My vessel is free flowing, it changes with the sun, it changes with the moon. My body is more than bones and muscles and sinew, I enrich it, I feel it's power grow. I hydrate my skin, all of it. I drench myself in moisture. After all, the stretch marks need feeding too. I find new marks almost every day. It's a sign my body is growing, getting stronger. I'm in a good relationship with my body. We communicate with each other all the time. My body tells me when I need to stretch, squat, lie down. And I try to listen to it.

I'm aware my body feels abused when I:
*stay in the sun for too long, my headaches worsen.
*forget to hydrate. [water is a healer]
*masturbate to procrastinate. But it doesn't solve the yearning for my partner. In fact, it sucks. I need to indulge in healthier forms of sexual intimacy with myself and my partner
how I can make my body feel good:
*oil my scalp, nourish my hair with the goodness of coconut oil
*exercise daily
*put wholesome and nutrient-rich foods in my body as much as possible
